1. $475.00 -- ENTIRE NEDPMS Symposium Symposium Ticket + All Meals -- Please arrive before 6pm

2. $475.00 -- LATE ARRIVAL NEDPMS Symposium Symposium Ticket but arriving after 6pm and will miss Friday dinner.
