Where is the symposium?
Greek Peak Mountain Resort: 2 locations to keep in mind (see map below):
- Hope Lake Lodge (hotel accommodations and breakfast): 2177 Clute Rd, Cortland, NY 13045
- Ski Facility - Acropolis Ballroom (where the symposium takes place, including lunch and dinners) and Trax Pub & Grill: 2000 NY-392, Cortland, NY 13045

Do I need to bring my ticket?
No. The PDF attachment included with your registration confirmation has details on what your selected, but we do not use these at check-in.
How do I get between the conference room and lodge?
Getting to/from the lodge and symposium:

Shuttle: A shuttle will run continuously during the hours listed below, see the map for pick up and drop off locations.
- Fri: 12:00pm-9:00pm
- Sat: 6:45am-9:00pm (coffee will be waiting for you in the Acropolis Ballroom when you arrive each morning)
- Sun: 6:45am-12:30pm
- Walk: Plan on 10 minutes to walk between the lodge and Acropolis Ballroom.
- Drive: There is plenty of free parking available in the lot in front of the ski facility.
Where do I park?
Parking is free.
There is parking located in front of Hope Lake Lodge (where your hotel room is located).
There is a large parking lot located in front of the ski facility (where the Acropolis Ballroom is located).
What are the check-in and check-out times at the lodge?
Regular check-in is 3:00pm. Greek Peak will likely have many rooms available for early check-in. If you would like to get into your room early, ask at the front desk, they will do their best to accommodate. There will likely be a line at the front desk right after Fri afternoon's session ends, so check-in will take a little longer at that time.
Check-out time for NEDPMS is 12:30pm. The lodge asks that if you check out of your room earlier than that, please let the front desk know.
When is the symposium check-in table open?
Check-In Table (located directly in front of the Acropolis Ballroom) Someone will be at the table to help you check in from 12:00pm-1:00pm and again 5:00pm-6:00pm. If you arrive outside those times, you can check yourself in, just check your name off the list and pick up your name tag (these should be worn throughout the symposium).
How do I get the symposium proceedings?
If you selected a printed copy of the proceedings, there will be a copy for you at the check-in table.
If you selected proceedings download, you should have already received an email with a link to the digital proceedings. Link to Digital Proceedings
If you don’t remember, your selection will be listed on the check-in sheets, it is displayed on the PDF ticket your received when you registered, and if you selected printed proceedings, there will be a red sticker on your name tag (please remove the sticker when you pick up your proceedings).
Where are the symposium evening receptions?
Receptions: At the end of Fri's and Sat's sessions, we will be having a reception in Trax Pub & Grill down the hall from the ballroom.
- Please remove your personal items from the tables and exit the ballroom at the end of the Fri and Sat afternoon sessions so the resort can prepare the room for our dinners.
- All adult attendees and their guests will find 4 drink tickets inside their name badge. These are good for drinks at Trax Pub & Grill and the bar located in the Acropolis Ballroom during dinners.
- Each ticket is good for drinks costing up to $10. Tickets can not be used at Carver's or the Bobcat Lounge (located in Hope Lake Lodge).
- Non-alcoholic drinks are free and do not need tickets.
- Young guests: Parents, it's possible we put drink tickets in your kids' name badge as above/below 21 was not asked as part of registration.
- There will also be a bar in the ballroom during dinner.
- There is also a lounge on the 1st floor of the lodge which is open late. This bar does not accept our drink tickets.
What about meals during the symposium?
Meals: All meals are included with your registration including for guests.
- Fri Dinner, Sat Lunch, and Sat Dinner: Held in the Acropolis Ballroom.
- Sat and Sun Breakfast: Offered from 6:30-7:45am on the 1st floor of Hope Lake Lodge with seating behind the fireplace (extra seating will be available in Carver's Restaurant if needed).
- Sat Afternoon Ice Cream Social: Everyone is welcome to join our ice cream sundae break Sat 2:50-3:30pm in the Acropolis Ballroom.
- Please wear your name tag so the resort staff know you are part of our group.
What about nursing parents?
Lactation Room: The Leonidas Room is a private room for nursing mothers and it will be available throughout the symposium. The room is located next to the Acropolis Ballroom. The door will be open and it can be locked from the inside.
Nursing mothers staying in a room at the lodge without a refrigerator. If you would like one, ask at the front desk and one will be put in your room at no charge.
How do we use the resort's activities?
Resort activities and amenities: The resort is cashless. Check out these links for info on online ticketing and hours of operation of all their activities. Greek Peak Activities Greek Peak is Going Cashless (which involves creating an account).

How do I get my CE Certificate?
CE Certificates: If you are interested in receiving CE credit hours for attending the symposium, you need to sign the CE register and pick up your certificate, both will be on the check-in table beginning Sunday morning.
The 2026 program has been approved for 14.5 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. NEDPMS is an approved New York State sponsor of continuing education for veterinarians.
Is there a symposium evaluation?
Yes. Please take a few minutes after the symposium to fill out an evaluation. This absolutely helps us improve future symposia. The evaluation can be found by going to 2026 Evaluation or by scanning the QR code displayed on the check-in table and on our Sponsor Display.
